Whether it is a complete rebuild, welding panels or even in some cases making new panels from scratch - right through to treating rust and rust-proofing, we can provide a very high standard of service.
Over the last year we have began to use the latest in rust-proofing technology which is also proving a success.

We specialise in mainly coaches, horse boxes and large vans, but can easily accommodate trucks, trailers etc.
We have a custom built section of the workshop for larger commercial vehicles whether it is a simple scratch on a panel or a complete re-spray in more than one colour - every job is finished to the same high standard.

This is basically taking a plain plastic panel/moulding/handle etc and changing it to the existing colour on your vehicle.
Firstly the relevant plastics are removed, eg; bumper/door mirror, this is done so that we can paint right round the edges (preventing flaking).
The removed plastic section must then be rubbed down thoroughly so that primer will key into it.
The plastic is then treated with a glue solution then 2-pack primed.
Once dry, the panel is rubbed down again until smooth, the colour is then double checked, and parts are then painted and refitted to the vehicle.
